New project „New assembly center Anton Paar“

Anton Paar GmbH Headquarters, located in Graz, Kärntnerstrasse, will be extended by a five-storey car park and an additional three-storey assembly centre with a gross floor area covering approximately 13,500 m². The assembly centre will offer space for one hundred new employees as well as 200 already employed staff in the field of measurement technology. In total, Anton Paar GmbH will invest roughly € 23 M in the multi-storey car park and assembly centre.

Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH was commissioned with the general planning and the local site supervision of the new assembly centre. Architectural design will be managed by the civil engineering company Deutschmann ZT GmbH.

Planning of the construction commenced at the end of 2012, and the start of construction is scheduled for the end of May 2013. The completion date has been set to spring 2014.
