Marina Tower

In Vienna and directly on the Danube, a new city district, the „Marina City“ has formed. Next to highly modern offices, residential properties as well as a hotel are planned. A significant part of the “Marina City“ is the “Marina Tower“ with 66,000 m² floor area.

This is split into two sections – the 10 storey “lowrise” (rising approx. 43m above ground level) and the 35 storey “highrise” (approx. 130m above ground level).

Marina Tower Entwicklungs Gmbh assigned Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH the responsibility for validating the structural engineering documentation from the engineering company KS Ingenieure ZT GmbH.
