Grimming Spa Bad Mitterndorf

The consortium consisting of Porr GmbH, Mandlbauer and Siemens-Elin developed the “Aldiana Ressort Salzkammergut” together with the municipality of Bad Mitterndorf.

The planned site will serve as a leisure centre with integrated catering facilities. The spa and the directly adjacent hotel are largely independent units as far as construction and operation are concerned. This is why the project was divided into two construction stages. The first construction stage is the “Grimming Spa Bad Mitterndorf” with a total floor area of approximately 7.500m². The second construction stage is the hotel with approximately 13.500 m² floor area.

Together with the office Eisner, Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH is responsible for the complete structural engineering.

The construction was commenced in spring 2008.
