Raiffeisen Multifunctional Centre Steiermark

By deciding to build the Multifunctional Centre Steiermark, the Raiffeisen Bank Group set the future course in an economically differentiated and challenging period.

Both a new office block and the most modern, high security data centre in southern Austria will be built on an area of 46,525 m².

The architectural drafts were made by the architect Strohecker, Graz. Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH was entrusted with the on-site building supervision. Construction will start in the first quarter of 2011, the operational go-live is scheduled for 2013.
