It starts in Linz
Zechner & Zechner ZT GmbH, together with the project developer and investor Bodner Bau GesmbH & Co KG, has won the competition for the so-called “Quadrill” on the site of the tobacco factory in Linz. An approximately 100 m high tower and base buildings are being built on the approximately 11,000 m² construction site. The planned garage encompasses the entire construction area and extends up to 15 m into the ground.

Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH is responsible for the statics. Securing the excavation, sealing and foundation proved to be tricky.
