In Thondorf near Graz, Porr Bau GmbH is currently constructing a 15,500 m² assembly hall for Magna. The supporting structure consists of reinforced concrete precast elements, supplied by Rauter and Habau.

Directly adjacent to the brewery in Graz-Puntigam, approximately 800 residential units, office spaces, and commercial areas will soon be developed on around 65,000 m². This will create a new living environment for approximately 2,000 people.

The first Koop Awards for particularly cooperative project execution were presented during the 2016 Construction Congress.

During the week of 19–23 January 2016, DI Franz Reichl and his team surveyed the existing buildings 518 and 523 at Kiel University Hospital.

On January 27th 2016, the University Dental Clinic in Graz was opened. With construction costs of approximately EUR 35 M, the new centre for dentistry and oral health care opened its doors as scheduled after a 2½-year-construction period.

At the beginning of 2016, the ownership structure of Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH was expanded to include three long-standing and highly valued employees.
