Oberwart Hospital – Shell construction completed!

All components were completed by mid-February, in some cases even two weeks before the official deadline. In close cooperation with the client, the planners, the main contractor and the executing companies, Thomas Lorenz’s ÖBA team also succeeded in keeping construction costs in line, in addition to the deadline, despite the prevailing supply bottlenecks and sometimes exorbitant price increases. The planned expansion work is also on target and so nothing stood in the way of the topping-out ceremony on 17.03.2022 with around 200 invited guests!
