Hotel Motto Vienna opened!

The former Hotel Kummer on Vienna's Mariahilfer Strasse, acquired by Wertinvest in 2014, was completely rebuilt and has now reopened as a boutique hotel under a new name. Actually, not much remained of the old stock.
Architect Arkan Zeytinoglu nevertheless manages to combine old and new perfectly. While the exterior appearance is strongly reminiscent of the building’s founding period and the interior exudes Parisian flair from 1920, the attic extension with its steel and glass dome is the highlight par excellence. The supporting structure of the dome, which was placed on top of the old structure, weighs around 15 tons. The façade of the dome consists of countless rhomboid as well as triangular surfaces, inside there is a restaurant and a bar. Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH was responsible for the structural design of the attic floors including the dome. It’s worth a visit!
