Leadership team workshop

Since the Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH actively promotes innovations in all areas, almost all of the senior employees met last Friday for a management team workshop with our external management consultant. A format that took place for the second time this year and has already paid off in everyday working life.

Process improvements are discussed and new workflows are defined. The outcome of these workshops helps us grow the company and strengthens communication within the management team. A somewhat different kind of Friday afternoon activity, which, thanks to strict compliance with the COVID regulations, could also take place externally!
