Old becomes new
24 Asset Management GmbH, the real estate company of the Anton Paar Group, has purchased the former Kika-Leiner furniture store at Kärntner Strasse 287 in Graz.
From July 2027, the building will be converted to meet the needs of Anton Paar GmbH and for external tenants. Around half of the building will be adapted for future use by Anton Paar GmbH in the areas of logistics and assembly. A company restaurant will also move into the building.
