S10 Mühlviertler Expressway

The S10 Mühlviertler Expressway joins the A7 Mühlkreis motorway with the Czech border and is one section along the corridor between Linz and Prague.

The detailed project planning for eleven major projects, comprising of six underpasses with a length of up to 800 metres, two galleries ranging between 150 and 200 metres, and three bridge objects built from reinforced steel as well as pre-stressed concrete, was carried out by Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH. In addition, 20 smaller objects and two temporary bridges were worked on. At the Construction Congress 2016, Thomas Lorenz ZT GmbH won the Coop-Award in the category “Best Practice Infrastructure Project“ for exceptional cooperation in project management.
